Unlike the R02, this one has protrusions for the two LEDs. I'm not sure if this is better or worse, but it does make getting it over a knuckle to take it off harder. i think the older version w/out the ring protrusion is better.

This works with Gadgetbridge, just force it and select one of the Colmi rings as the type. Using gadget bridge, you can make it check heart rate every 5 minutes
